I really like this one with creamy colors. The colors were harder to mix but it looks so pretty in a white cottage decor... especially displayed with ironstone.

Another Lavender Painting

Now that I've made room for painting and have gotten started, it's easier to slip out to the studio and paint when I get the chance.

It's Actually an Art Post!

I've finally been able to set aside some (very limited) time to paint!

The Lavender Festival is June 20th, and I'm trying to get some small, fun paintings ready to take.

Maybe I'll move on to some larger ones next week, but these minis are perfect to display among your other pretty things...

Lavender Watercolor Sketch with Koi Water Colors & Sharpie Pens

I thought I'd share more of the watercolor sketches I did recently.

Since I'll be a vendor at the Lavender Festival again this year, I decided to work on some lavender designs.

So often I go straight for my Koi Water Color Set. It's compact and so convenient to use!

 

Adding details with a Sharpie pen is the last step.
